Created in 2002, Business Development Associates, Inc. is a full-service sales and marketing process development agency that specializes in the restoration industry. The BDA Team Tim Miller, President and CEO Tim is the President and CEO of Business Development Associates, Inc. Tim is a highly regarded sales and marketing expert in the industry, and brings 30 years of experience and a unique perspective to help businesses solve their problems and grow to the next level. Tim is also a published author in several trade magazines and speaks at multiple industry events and conferences throughout the year, where he leverages his business experience in both the restoration industry and his other entrepreneurial ventures including his own construction company in New Mexico. Iris Kelley, Marketing & Sales Consultant and Director of Marketing for BDA Iris is one of BDA's Marketing & Sales Consultants and as the Director of Marketing for BDA, develops, manages and leads the company's marketing initiatives. Working with BDA previously, Iris joined BDA full-time in 2012. Iris brings 15 years in multiple facets of sales and marketing, including product/campaign development, planning and execution, and training and management. Iris also holds an MBA from the University of New Mexico with an emphasis in Marketing. Megan Baldeshwiler, Office Manager Megan has been with BDA since 2006, and is responsible for many of the “behind the scenes” functions that keep BDA running smoothly on a day-to-day basis including accounting, reporting, HR and general office management. Megan started in the restoration industry in 2005 when she worked at the Cleaning and Restoration Institute. Megan holds an Associates’ Degree in Accounting from South Suburban College. |
